A free service

Campus is free to use. Job browsing, filters, local resume tools, templates, application kits and saved roles are available without payment, and Campus does not collect payment details. Opening a job's application page requires a free account. Applications are submitted on third-party websites.

These terms cover your use of JOBSCOUT Campus, operated under the JOBSCOUT name in Tamil Nadu, India. Contact jobscoutcampus@gmail.com with questions.

What Campus provides

Campus provides job discovery, resume matching, templates and application preparation tools. Employers and job sources control listing availability and hiring. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, salary or the accuracy of every third-party listing. Listings identify their source and supplied posting or update date. Some links go through Adzuna or another publisher before the employer. Check the destination, eligibility and closing date before applying; a feed refresh is not a guarantee that every vacancy remains open.

Accounts

Signing in is free. You need an account to open job application pages; browsing and the resume tools work without one. You must be 18 or older to sign in or create an account, and you confirm this each time you sign in. You can sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email; an account is created the first time you sign in. Your account stores the roles you save so they appear on your other devices. You can sign out at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact above. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.

Optional AI services

Local matching and resume tools are included. Cloud AI requires your own provider account and API key; provider limits, fees and policies apply separately. Review AI-generated text before using it and do not submit confidential information without permission.

Applicable law and your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or remedies. Contact support to raise a dispute or complaint; using this process does not prevent you from seeking remedies available under applicable law.

Your responsibilities

Use a regular email address you control; disposable email addresses are not accepted for new sign-ups. Keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse other people's resumes or try to bypass access controls. We may restrict misuse and respond to account problems through the support contact above.
